He began at 20, flipping properties while finishing his undergraduate degree, then added an MBA in finance and accounting from DePaul, building a practice that serves first-time buyers, investors, and luxury developers with the same tenacity.
He founded the Alex Stoykov Group on one idea: great agents are made, not found. Today he still mentors every agent on this team personally and holds every transaction to his own standard.
