Before entering real estate, Serge built a large following as a food content creator, exploring restaurants, neighborhoods, and communities across the city and suburbs. Serge’s career began in the medical field, where he worked as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist after earning his degree in Biochemistry. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his dedication to helping others, ultimately led him to pursue real estate with the Alex Stoykov Group. He brings organization, clear communication, and assertiveness to every client relationship—qualities that ensure his clients feel supported and confident throughout their real estate journey.
