The Alex Stoykov Group wants everyone to be able to use this website and our services, including people who rely on assistive technology. Housing decisions are too important for the information to be out of anyone's reach.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice that means we work toward pages that are keyboard navigable, use sufficient color contrast, provide text alternatives for meaningful images, label form fields, and remain usable when text is resized.

Ongoing effort

This site changes often as new listings, articles, and tools are published, and we review accessibility as part of that work. Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, virtual tours, and listing media from outside feeds, may not yet meet the same standard. Where we cannot fix third-party content directly, we will help you get the same information another way.
