Using this website, searching listings, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create an agency or brokerage relationship. Under Illinois law, agency relationships and brokerage agreements are established as described in Article 15 of the Act, and all brokerage agreements must be in writing. Until then, we treat you honestly as a customer, but we do not represent you.
