What ASG Expects
Average production volume of $10M+ annually
All transactions credited to the team MLS ID only (credit still shown on 3rd-party sites)
Handle client communication and appointments
Maintain communication and request-speed expectations (including looping in admin on any transactions they may have been left off of)
Use provided checklists, CRM, and workflow systems
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings (including pipeline reviews and bi-weekly check-ins)
Uphold professional standards

Junior Agents are agents consistently closing $5–10M annually.
What ASG Provides
Buy Side: Contract to Close
Limited personal help on an as-needed basis
Trainings on operating systems and efficient methods
Listing Support
Limited personal help on an as-needed basis for listing agreements and related documents
Listing drafted in MLS (all data must be updated and verified by the agent)
Standard Marketing
MLS templated listing package (open house flyer + sign, info sheet)
Social media templates
Social media video for listings
What ASG Expects
Average production volume of $5–10M annually
All transactions credited to the team MLS ID only (credit still shown on 3rd-party sites)
Handle client communication and appointments
Ability to draft and send documents (listing agreements, offers, leases, etc.) independently with little to no errors
Use provided checklists, CRM, and workflow systems
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings (including pipeline reviews and weekly or bi-weekly meetings)
Uphold professional standards
Falling Short of Expectations
Seniors who do not meet expectations will be reclassified as Junior and receive reduced support.
Juniors who do not meet expectations will be placed on a 90-day performance plan to improve their business.
This structure protects service quality, keeps the team efficient, and ensures support is earned through consistent production and disciplined execution.
