What ASG Provides

Buy-Side Contract to Close

  • Personalized template communications

  • Coordination with attorneys and lenders

  • Compliance document audit and upload

Listing Support

  • Listing agreements drafted and sent

  • Property data collection (seller questionnaire sent on behalf of agent)

  • MLS prep, description, compliance

  • Coordination with marketing for assets (photos, video, social, etc.)

  • Contract-to-close service once under contract

Priority Marketing

  • Priority scheduling for media

  • Custom design support where appropriate

  • Social media videos

What ASG Expects

  • Maintain $10M+ average annual production

  • All transactions credited to the team MLS ID (credit given on 3rd-party websites)

  • Agent handles client communication and appointments

  • Meet communication + request speed expectations (including looping in admin when needed)

  • Use provided checklists, CRM, and workflow systems

  • Attend mandatory meetings/trainings (including pipeline reviews and bi-weekly check-ins)

  • Uphold professional standards

Buy-Side Contract to Close

  • Limited personal help on an as-needed basis

  • Trainings on operating systems and efficient methods

Listing Support

  • Limited personal help as needed for listing agreements and related documents

  • Listing drafted in MLS (agent updates + verifies all data)

Standard Marketing

  • Maintain $5M–$10M average annual production

  • All transactions credited to the team MLS ID (credit given on 3rd-party websites)

  • Agent handles client communication and appointments

  • Ability to draft and send documents independently (listing agreements, offers, leases, etc.) with minimal errors

  • Use provided checklists, CRM, and workflow systems

  • Attend mandatory meetings/trainings (including pipeline reviews and weekly/bi-weekly meetings)

  • Uphold professional standards
